Default Small problem! Need some advice!

I have a 04 ford f150 with a 5.4L. I went to a automotive store and had them do a diagnostic check because my emissions dashboard light came on(not blinking). They told me that my upstream O2 sensor on the drivers side was about to go out. So I bought a new sensor and replaced it. I then had them erase the trouble codes from the system. I started and stopped it about 4 or 5 times and the emissions light went off. Then on my way home it came back on, I ran another dianostic check( because i decided to buy an autoscanner so I could do the diagnostic checks myself) and this came up

P2195- O2 sensor stuck Lean ( bank 1 sensor 1)

P0053- HO2s Bank 1 Sensor 1 ( heater resistance ) Pending

I have a Haynes Repair Manual but it doesnt really say anything about what the codes actually mean, and it only goes over general description and replacement of the O2 sensors.
So im thinking I either replaced it wrong, and didnt torque it to the right specifications?? Or it was the wrong sensor, and maybe i need to replace them all?? Not sure thou

I have always been told that you should always buy O2 sensors from the dealership. Maybe this is your issue? Could be why new one did not fix problem. Sorry I could not be of much help.

Here is some info for second code.

You should be just fine with the Autozone sensors but you have to replace them all at the same time. If you went and replaced the bad one with a Ford sensor, the chance of the light coming back is slimmer.

For what it's worth, when one goes bad the rest are on their way out. They all have the same life expectancy and since they are installed on YOUR truck, they are all subject to the same conditions.

My recommendation is to either go to Ford and purchase just one or go back to AutoZone or where ever you had it tested and get the others to replace the old ones.

Well thanks guys I think i might just end up replacing them all. I checked with ford and they want $155 for an upstream sensor and $145 for a downstream!!! thats a lot compared to $63 and $43 at autozone, but thanks again!
