Unhappy Sick of this!

Having truck problems and every time I think its fixed the problem comes back.
Idle surging then stalling out.
This started soon after I did the gotts modd, however i didn't reset the PCM correctly and I believe thats what started it all. However it still came back even after I did it properly. The dummy light (wrench) for limp mode came on too along with the CEL. My codes are numerous.
1. Throttle actuator
2. 2 supposedly bad 02 sensors
3. Low mass air flow- possibly bad MAF
4. EVAP purge/vent solenoid
5. camshaft position actuator circuit open bank one and two

Here's what I've done to try to so far:
Clean the MAF sensor
Clean the Throttle body
Recalibrate the PCM per the manual's instructions (two times with the same codes and lights coing on each time).
Any and all input is appreciated.

sounds like you have a vacuum leak.... i would check all the vacuum lines.... my old 4.6 had a vacuum line going to the pcv valve and when it broke it sounded like i had a badass cam...hah and it would die alot

yes... if theres a loose connection somewhere mine would run good till it got good and warm.... and the rubber line would get really loose and start having an irractic idle.........
start your truck and spray carb cleaner(or somthing like WD40) all over the engine.... along all the lines ... and intake gaskets.. TB gaskets.... while you are spraying if you hear a change of engine idle... you prolly have a leak there

also if you want to fully reset your computer... make sure you have all your cell phone chargers...capacitor(if you have radio equiptment)...unplugged...unhook your battery and let it set for 15 mins.... while its sitting unhooked... turn your headlights on.. and then off... then re hook the battery...
