Cylinder 2 & 4 Misfires + No Air in Vents
Terrible first post, I know. I hate to be that guy, but after a mechanic telling you to spend a few thousand on a new motor, desperate times my friends.
Full Story (codes at bottom):
Driving on a two hour, one way, trip last week and the 'Service Engine Soon' light began blinking on/off. Not exactly sure what that meant, I pulled off to the side and looked in the manual to read that it was indicating a cylinder misfire. Turned the engine off, let it sit a minute, started it back and it wouldn't crank the first time. Second time, it started up but bucked like crazy. Took it in to Autozone to have the codes checked and cylinders 2 and 4 were misfiring. Decided to change all of the spark plugs, wires, and coil (thing all 6 are attached to, as well as another connector with wires, to the left of the engine, if you're facing the front of the vehicle/engine. I'm not sure what it's called, sorry). To no avail, it still bucked a bit, but I noticed that at red lights or switching to reverse, the engine would give out a bit. Idling at a stop light was rough and it would jerk forward when I'd let off the brakes a little. The engine even died on me once. Took it back for another diagnostics test after removing battery cable and reattaching it. Here are the codes:
P0401
P0457
P0316
P0302
P0174
P0171
A lot, I know. Any suggestions/advice/help? I only have 98,500 miles on it and would like to run it another 50,000 before switching to something else.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that I also have no airflow whatsoever out of my vents, if that has any bearing on this. None of this was happening two weeks ago. Also, it might help to know what I'm driving:

Start looking for a major vacuum leak somewhere around the firewall on the passenger side. A/C vents don't operate correctly if there's a vacuum line is disconnected and the engine won't run well either. Also check to see if the EGR valve is operating.
