Arrow Radiator Coolant Leak ~ Ford Techs Help!

This morning on my way to work in -23* my truck overheated. It seems to have been leaking from this fitting that I would expect is part of the trans cooler, and the pump got a vapor lock. My question is, can this fitting be re-sealed or am I looking at an entire new rad?

Its a 2011 F150 XTR Crew 5.0L with the tow package. 188,000KM on it.

If it can not be re-sealed, how much transmission fluid should I grab to top the transmission back up when I replace the rad?

Also, I will do a coolant flush. How much coolant does the truck take?

Looks like the leak is higher than the hose. Without seeing it in person, I'm guessing you'll be putting a radiator in it.

The cooling system in your truck is designed to use Ford Orange coolant not the old green stuff.

Leak was between the rad and trans cooler.

Coolant was green as ford added a dye to try and find the leak. Needless to say I flushed it and did the radiator myself.

Quick note, do not buy aftermarket on the radiator. I did the first time, and the lower radiator hose quick connect does not seal. Went OEM and its been great!
