Ok here we go. I have a 2018 work truck with no power anything. Manual locks and crank windows. I wanted to install power windows. I put the actuators and motors from same truck in and the switch and harness. I’m getting nothing. I did notice that the harness from the door to the truck has 2 spots to plug connectors in and my truck only has 1 coming out. So could that other spot be why there’s no power. Or does anyone know how to maybe just run a relay with separate power or something just to get them working? I hope I explained it right. Thanks

Correct me if I’m wrong on these really recent trucks, but at a minimum, you need to have those power options activated in the body computer to even make those work.
That’s if you’re not missing other modules as well.

The days of “plug it in and go” are long gone.
I have no idea lol. Maybe I’ll figure a way to run direct power or something
If you want to direct-wire it, this is how Ford did that:

...but your '18 switches probably won't do that, and probably couldn't handle the motor current. So you'd need to add relays between the switches & motors.
