Welcome on your first post Reginald.... I'll first say that I dont have a "good answer" for your issue. But the folks that WILL have answers are gonna ask you what year is your truck? what model? SuperCab? or Supercrew? What engine? which window? and how many miles are on it.
In other words, folks need more info than just basically asking "Why dont my windows work?"
