Default Post lift weird stuff

Trying to diagnose some weird stuff after lift went on.

2016 F150 FX4 5.0
4" lift. Factory wheels/tires so far.

Post lift it sounds and feels like I have aggressive wheels.
Doesn't feel dangerous but does feel right.
At low speed there is pulsating rub or vibration.
At Hwy speed (70-75) it's way more noticeable but still doesn't feel dangerous.
Alignment checked out.
Wheels are all balanced.
They replaced the hub parts just in case.
Checked vacuum lines.
Checked torque on all new bolts.

Any thoughts?

Swapped wheels and tires to another stock takeoff set and he said it got worse.

They said something about removing front driveshaft and it went away. Does that make any sense? I know nothing about the front drive on these. Said it almost seems as though the 4x4 maybe loses vacuum at Hwy speeds causing the front hubs to engage.

Thoughts or input?

yeah, either it has vacuum leak or the ck. valve(s) are bad, though my bet is
the second set of IWE hubs were not installed correctly. unhook the vacuum lines
at each hub and drive it to see if it has changed. if it has the problem is vacuum
related if not it is with the hubs themselves. you can also just unhook the vacuum
line from the engine to the solenoid on the firewall and plug it (engine side) so you
don't have to go underneath. these systems are very simple actually.

checked vacuum and it appears good (23 at the wheels)
they had truck frame lifted and put truck in gear and noticed a wobble where the front driveshaft goes into the front differential. removed spacer from lift kit and was still there but not as bad.
tried a spare drive shaft to make sure it wasn't that.
tried a spare lift kit DS spacer and still the same.
maybe the flange on the differential?
would loose/bad lash on the front diff cause this? any way to test lash without pulling apart?

thinking maybe the small wobble wasn't noticeable at stock height but the small change in geometry made it show up.

first of all the front diff and driveshaft do not turn while the truck is in 2wd, unless
there is an issue with the hubs being engaged all the time. with the truck running and
in 2wd. front end jacked up in the air spin the front tires by hand and see if the halfshafts rotate with the tire. If they do the hubs are not disengaging.

that's not what I was told or what they showed. when they had the wheels in the air and in 2wd the rear wheels were moving, the front drive shaft was moving, but the front wheels were not.

he did however grab the front drive shaft while it was spinning (in the air with the front wheels off the ground) and was able to stop it with little pressure. he said that was normal.

Drive it in 4H down a straight stretch of highway and see if it does it.

Just got off of the phone with Ford and according to them the front drive shaft does turn when in 2wd with all wheels in the air.

Called another dealership and they said it’s not supposed to turn. Ugh. Ford doesn’t even seem to agree with themselves.
