Default Please help!

I'm stuck on the side of the road! My truck started rough idling and running then stalled out, went to crank it back up and nothing but battery ain't dead cause lights work, so I sit for about 5 mins click that's it,15 mins later it cranks up and runs rough some more so I pull over it idles rough for about 5 mins and dies, well sitting in the truck and CD player starts ejecting on and off every few mins, now want crank again and the CD player won't work, windows won't work, doors won't lock? Is it the computer?

It was the altonator! But I'm still losing power between 40-50 mph and everyone I have spoke to all day the cat is stopped up so I guess I will cut it off and run a pipe and see if that makes it better!
