I’m thinking you will need a re-learn drive cycle.. like stated above .. disconnect the battery for a few and do a complete drive cycle with the new PCV.

I'm surprised no one mentioned this but I would only use oem replacement for a new pcv not aftermarket. Like was stated earlier the pcv produces a metered vacuum leak so the smallest difference in valve construction with an aftermarket unit can cause problems. Including drivability, idle speed and oil consumption. Some of the pcv' in newer vehicles are electronically controlled.
