Default Passenger side wiper issue

2010 Ford F-150 Lariat SuperCrew

Passenger wiper blade is doing something between streaking and smearing. I have done the following in this order:

1) Replaced wiper blade
2) Replaced wiper arm
3) super cleaned window to see if there was a film or something on windshield

I'm at a loss as to what the next step is. Any help is greatly appreciate

Probably have a pitted windshield, how many miles on the truck?

Yeah if it's the original w/s it's more than likely pitted. Normal driving with the dust/sand/particulates always present acts like a sand blaster. Very noticeable when the sun hits it at just the right angle.

So, I should be able to tell, right? Should it be an issue with both sides? I haven't had any issues with seeing on sunny days or at night with opposing headlights.
