P1405, P0171, P0174 Codes What do they mean?

P1405, P0171, P0174 Codes What do they mean?
Hello Everyone,
I have a 2001 Ford F150 with v8 engine the 5.4 to be exact. Truck has over 220,000 miles on it. I just got it back from a routine oil change a couple days ago and it came back with the following codes:
P1405 EGR upstream homes unplugged
P0171 System to lean Bank 1
P0174 System to lean Bank 2
I have no idea what these mean or what could be wrong with my truck. Now, this past weekend my truck is having difficultly when idling. It almost acted like it was going to shut off when I had to idle at a couple traffic lights on my way home from work. Has anyone ever had this happen? What was the cause of it? I am in desperate need of assistance with the diagnoses on this solution. Please let me know.
