97 F 150, started getting a slight vibration when idling, noticed the rev counter has dropped from the 1 to just below the 1/2 mark when idling and engine feels like its going to stall. Got the P0402 EGR Flow Excessive. Hoping it just needs a new EGR pressure feedback sensor. Can anyone help.

 

Have you changed the sensor yet ??

 

not yet, dont want to spend money until i'm sure its the problem. It starts up no problem when the engine is cold. if i am running around town i have to press the gas peddle when starting.
