P0301 and P2196, Engine Shuddering
Good evening,
This evening my truck starting shuddering when I came to a complete stop.
When I hit the accelerator, it's started to hesitate but continued forward. I wasn't getting any CE at all and continued to my destination.
When I turned on the truck, it wouldn't start until I gave some gas.
After that, it threw a CE light. I drove immediately to Oreilly.
On the way, the CE light was flashing, then stopped flashing when I hit the accelerator again.
The folks at Oreilly plug the scanner and it gave 4 codes in the following order.
P0301. (Cylinder 1 misfire)
P2196. (Lack of H02S 11 switch, sensor indicates rich)
P301 (with the "Pd" symbol)
P2196 (with the "Pd" symbol)
Thinking one of the coils was misfiring, since it was the first code, I changed the #1 coil.
Still Having the same issue.
The engine is shuddering in a rhythmic motion but It accelerates fine after going faster than 20mph.
I could use some help, I have a lot of driving to do tomorrow.
I have 2005 F150 Supercrew XLT
V8 5.4L
Thanks in advance

A misfire can cause a rich condition by allowing raw fuel in the exhaust system. Fixing the misfire in most cases can also take care of the running rich condition, your problems could be different of course, but that's a little jnsight anyway.

Thanks.
I changed the spark plug and coil.
I inspected the firing pin of the spark plug and it was all black.
But, I'm still having the same problem.
The engine is sputtering and I'm also smelling some thick fumes.
But acceleration is hesitant at first, then goes fine.
I'm thinking to just take it in tomorrow , I'm not tech savvy enough to go in depth on it. Plus it's my only set of wheels, so I don't want to risk doing something wrong.

Well. I took it in to some good trustworthy folks here in Katy TX.
They told me the fuel injector on Cylinder 1 was stuck open, thus tripping a sort of "false code" that the cylinder was misfiring, the O2 sensor was bad, and me smelling the thick fumes.
Because of all fuel, they informed that it may cause the O2 sensor to go bad later.
I'm thinking I should consider replacing all other fuel injectors now, should I? How easy or hard is it to do so?
