Exclamation p0171 and p0174

Recently I received those two codes at the same time, the lady at autozone said it was usually coupled with performance loss or something that would negatively effect my truck. Well I haven't noticed any change in the way my truck performs. No loss in power climbing hills or passing people. I am going to clean the MAF friday. Any ideas as to what it may be? Also, I filled up on gas about 20 minutes before the light came on, would bad gas be a factor? I am a college kid so cheap fixes would be appreciated!!

My Truck:
2003 F150 5.4L triton V8 2WD Lariat Supercrew. It has 123,xxx miles. Anything else y'all might need to know?

I would buy some MAF cleaner from the lady that pulled your codes...and give your MAF a good cleaning...disconnect your batt prior to your cleaning and when your done re-connect...go from there

So sorry for late reply, but it turned out to be the vacuum hoses. I went to City garage and they fixed me up for under $150 dollars. Told them I was a broke college kid
