Normal backlash for rear end? Help!

I have a 2011 3:73 limited slip rear end and had it on a lift today search for the source of some "play" when I release my brakes, it feels as if they are releasing on two stages. Hard to describe but like something is loose in the front suspension. This truck only has 14,000 miles on it and I couldn't find anything loose suspension wise. If I pushed and pulled on my rear tires, I could hear a and feel some movement and a thump. I also turned my rear tires and they would move about 1/2" on the circumference before the drive shaft would move. Is this excessive, both sides do it and I think it may be my source for the two stage brake release I feel. Here is a couple of videos. Thanks for any help.
