New F150 owner here. I have some questions about some very odd sounds in my truck!

Hello everyone!

My name is Tim and I have recently purchased my first ford. It's a 2009 F150 with the 5.4 3v. The truck has just over 100k on it. I have had it for about a month and in the last week or so I have started to notice some odd engine noises. The noise is on the passenger side and best heard from in the cab. It does not seem to be there at startup or even idle/driving until the engine is up to temp. Once at temp it makes a ticking noise from around idle rpm to approx 1500 rpm. Also when maneuvering at low speeds or backing up the ticking gets MUCH louder and the truck seems to run a bit rough but as soon as I rev the rpms up or put it in N it goes away. There is no CEL and the truck overall runs fine. I changed the oil right when I bought it with 5w-20 full synthetic. I bought this truck private party so I have no warranty and before I bring it to the stealership I was hoping someone here could give me some advice as I would like to fix it myself first if I can. I made a video and will post the link to it so you can hear it yourself. The video was actually the worst I have ever had it do it but I was also trying to make it happen on purpose. I researched this truck alot before buying it and I am aware of the cam phaser/vct/timing chain and guides issues that run rampant on this engine and I think it may be one of those but I was hoping somebody might have had this exact issue and could give me some solid repair advice from experience before I spend thousands replacing everything until it goes away. Thanks so much!.
