The broken part is the rusty metal piece in the picture, it started leaking coolant. But in trying to get it out the bolts are rusted and wont move so I need to replace the whole part, The part is on top of the intake manifold, and connects to the throttle body.

 

Vehicle, make, model, year and engine size would help. But, i am going to take a guess and say, the heated PCV valve
