Manual tranny fluid change.

I know it takes almost 4 quarts. The problem is, what size wrench? its a 02 4.2 5 speed. I think its either a 22mm or a 23mm The biggest I have is a 21mm. Anyone know what it takes, because I am gonna have to buy it. As well as once its drained out just refill it til it starts running out right? And once its stopped then its good to go right? Sorry first time changing it in a newer model vehicle.

I believe you're suppose to fill it to the drain hole. As far as getting it back in, maybe a hand pump/vacuum next time.

I've always used a hose clamped to the bottle and squeezing like hell!
