Default Loose rear sliding window

Hi all, I finally got my truck back from the dealer after they did a complete replacement of my sunroof, the tracks, glass, guides and motors (thanks Ford for covering it!). However, I noticed now when I open my rear sliding window to the full open position, it falls forward and hangs... I don't recall it doing this prior to the sunroof job, does anyone know if the headliner/rear seat/seat wall need to be removed or altered to do the sunroof? And if not, is it an easy fix to keep the sunroof from literally falling forward off of the track? Thanks!

If it's a crew cab, they had the back window out to replace the sunroof. A supercab does not require rear window removal, due to the lack of a center pillar. Take it back.
