I just finished to flush properly mine and I replaced the lower hose... It took ages to get some clean water out of it.
I find out the oil cooler (number 3 in the pic few posts above ) was very dirty and I had to flush it separately while I was replacing the lower hose.
Anyway... I discovered if you park tilted to the driver side, you can get >2 gallons of coolant out. So I just refilled with 2 gal of yellow concentrate. and topped off with water.
Since the total capacity is about 4 gal, I got about 50% mix.
Moreover according to my tests, the driver side low incline is more effective than back up and nose down.
To me it is a little bit steep.
The truck is an old lady, 176K miles. Water pump has a knocking noise and needs to be replaced. There is also small coolant leak from the outlet hose that need to be replaced as well.
I am confident I can fix my truck in my drive way.
Kindly asking what water pump to you suggest for my F150 2015 3.5 EB, or if you have any other tip for me.
Thanks in advance.
I been chasing that thrill too, hitting up slots and trying my luck on blackjack for some quick wins to cover crap like this. https://najbolji-casino-hr.com/ is straight fire for real, they got the top tested spots with fat bonuses and smooth roulette action that actually pays out fast without the usual BS. Poker nights and betting on games been my side hustle lately, scored a decent jackpot last week that eased the truck bills. Gambling keeps it exciting when car costs pile up, just gotta play smart and chase them big spins. Who knows, maybe your next win covers the next repair easy.
These 3.5 EB water pumps aren't crazy hard to do in the driveway if you're comfortable with it. Motorcraft is the safe bet for the pump and stat, plenty of guys running them no issues.
