WHat year is your truck? Lots of folks have complained about some speeds not working and have replaced the resistor and all was well.

My 13 is full on in auto mode, the only time it will ramp down is if I change the temp.

Curious to see what they tell you, again what year is yours?

Mine is a 2011.

It doesn't ramp down, it stops blowing completely. Very rarely does it just slow down, but when it does, you can't feel any air flowing unless you have your hand over the vent. It's very minimal. I should have shot a short video clip for you all before I took it in.

I will let you know what they say in the next couple days.

Just a quick update, My truck is still at the dealer. They called me at about 1:30 pacific time to let me know that they have narrowed it down to the resistor... yeah... so we'll see. I held my tongue for the duration of our conversation but I can tell you that I didn't hear much confidence in his voice.

I had a small list of other problems that I had the dealer look at and have been assured that they have all been repaired.

Engine shutter at idle 600rpm (sporadic)
Hard/hesitant shift into 2nd gear (reprogram needed)
Right front passenger door will not stay open while parked on slight incline (very annoying!)
Water seeping through 3rd brake light into cab (funny when one of my daughters sits in the middle seat)

Anyway, the new part is on the way and the truck should be ready to go tomorrow. For now I am driving a loaner Ford Fusion and have to say I kinda like 28mpgs!

Hey guys, I got the truck back yesterday afternoon. The dealer changed the resistor and it seems to be all fixed. I love the remote start feature on the truck and it will be nice to know I can climb in the truck after a few minutes of cold AC blowing!
