Clunk when going into 4x4

Clunk when going into 4x4
I have a 2011 ecoboost super crew when I put my truck in four wheel drive it ingages then a few seconds go by and there is a clunk it seems to be in the front driver side been to the dealer they said no problems then I picked my truck up and it made the sound so I went on a test ride and the tech heard the clunk any one have any idea what it might be?
