How often are you guys changing your oil? I have a 2012 ecoboost and the book says 10k miles which is amazing. I'm just curious if you guys are actually going by the number as well. I'm use to doing it every 2500-3000 miles.

i'll do approx 7,500 on full synthetic. though, while the truck is new, i would do it a little more often.

I was curious about that as well. The info LCD in the gauge cluster says i'm at 70% Oil Life and i'm at about 3,000 miles so I'm assuming that's about 10,000 for every oil change. I trust the manual over a dealer any day.

Just depends on where you live and how hard you drive your truck(racing, towing/hauling). Harsher enviroments like texas where its hot and humid can take a bigger toll on your fluids vs other climates.

Did my first two at 7,500 miles. Switched to synthetic Mobile One after that and did my last one at 25,000 miles. No issues.
