Question Help! Transmission Issues.

My truck is a 1990 Ford F-150 with the 4.9 300 I6. Under it is the E4OD 20 bolt pattern automatic transmission.

The transmission started slipping and eventually died on me. I had it rebuilt at a transmission shop. When I got it the owner of the shop talked to me and said I have other issues other than the transmission.

When going down the road, it like cant decided what it wants to do, I dont believe its the transmission. Its like it looses power in the gear at half open throttle and shifts at a higher RPM than it does when it is wide open throttle. If you don't let off the gas or floor it, it seems like it jumps out of gear. Also at wide open throttle it shifts and runs perfectly fine.

I've replaced the TPS, speed sensor. My next guess would be the PCM but at this point I'm lost.

Can someone shed some light on me and help me out here? Or has anyone had this problem before?
