2002 F150 V-8 4x4

Last week it started with the Wind shield wipers not working correctly, they would start about a minute after I turned them on and then not go the correct speed. Then there was a dinning noise under the dash about five times loudly. Later that afternoon the battery was completely dead. I replaced it and it worked fine. Today it has just started doing the same thing. When I turned the truck off it made kind of a buzzing noise but still started up for now. Any ideas what is wrong?
