For some reason these appear to be insanely hard to find. Not sure if they were changed recently. My side mirrors have the following:

• The amber LED strip for the turn signals.
• Power mirrors
• They do not have the "heat" symbol so I'm not sure if they are heated.
• They are straight black. They do not have the reflector.

In fact these appear to be the exact one. https://www.ebay.com/itm/07-08-F-150...603c%7Ciid%3A1 - Notice the lack of the "heat" icon, turn signal, and "objects in mirror are closer than they appear" text.

I'm not sure if these have been discontinued but searches on things like Amazon show results very similar to:

• Power Without Heat - Mirror adjusts electronically with buttons inside the car and mirror is not heated - These aren't mine
• Power With Heat - Mirror adjusts electronically with buttons inside the car and mirror is heated - These ones do have a turn signal and look like mine but they do have the "heat" icon. Mine do not. (Look just like these https://www.ebay.com/itm/2004-2006-0...ed04%7Ciid%3A1 )
• or they look like mine but don't have the turn signal.

If I had to guess in the aftermarket they have been replaced with the ones with the heat icon. Is it ok to use those as they are closest to mine at least looks wise.
