Hi guys,

just a simple request, but I want to make sure I check on the forum before getting into this.
The new 2018 F150 has a changed grille style where the plastic bumper shroud runs across the entire front of the truck (just below grille).
To remove the headlights the bumper trim piece has to be removed to access the headlight retainer tray below it.

Attached are a few pics I took this weekend (top radiator shroud cover is already removed). I am looking to remove both headlights to install LED bulbs.
Does the longer plastic bumper piece pop off after removing the two screws inside the wheelwell (i.e. the same way the old style shorter piece came off?) or are there additional fasteners I have to remove?
I am hoping that it doesn't take a whole grille removal to get to the headlights.

Can't you replace the bulbs by going thru the wheelwell like on a '17? PITA!!! Or are you wanting to pull the whole bucket?
I changed out the buckets on mine, what a double PITA!!!!
If you're pulling the buckets, it looks like you need to pull the whole grille surround on yours. Triple PITA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can't help you there, but have tried to search utube?

Once you remove the screws from the inner fender, and the clips from the flares, it just un clips from the front.

Does it still have bolts behind the flare and bumper trim like on a '17?
