Default Got a question about post spark plug job

I have a 2011 Eco that was throwing the P0151 Code. So I got that O2 sensor changed and had them change my spark plugs too. Truck has 85k miles on it so I figured why not.

I've had the truck back for about 4 days now, haven't driven it much but when I took it out last night for a 30 min drive I feel like the truck is sluggish. It honestly feels like the turbos aren't working. The truck doesn't have that "pop" with acceleration.

Oh....and the truck is throwing another code. I need to get it checked again (Check Engine Light is on again).

But is the sluggish feeling/lack of turbo normal after this kind of work??

First I would find out what code you are throwing.

I had this same symptom in my 2011 EB.
Changed plugs, only to notice less power/slight miss.
Mode 6 datalogging showed me number 3 cylinder spikes.
Pulled that plug, and the brand new motorcraft plug had a hairline fracture in the porcelain.
Also, make sure they are gapped to .35 for stock engine.

I would pull all plugs, check for cracks and gap.

Ok, I'll check them out.

But why would I not hear the "whine" or the spooling of the turbos like I did before? It's the strangest thing.

I took a peek under the hood and the MAF hose was disconnected from the intake....that gave the power back once I reconnected it.

but I'm still getting a code...I'll run by Autozone to see what it's saying

Code was probably MAF related. It will need to be cleared.
