Gasket on Suspension?

Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what is breaking on my suspension? It looks like some sort of gasket on my suspension?

it seems like it is just the strut itself, would this work as a replacement?

Seems like the lower eyelet has let go. Agreed. Time to replace those struts.

Yes, replace both sides. A complete coilover like you show would be the easiest fix. Looks like you want to raise the frontend a little?
