so the SJB/GEM is on the MS-CAN along with the radio/climate controls, APIM(runs the radio/backup camera/nav if you have it), everything else is run on HSCAN

but there is one common denominator..the IPC (cluster), which is the gateway module. which receives/ sends signals to both networks

so it is entirely possible that you have a cluster issue going on like @techrep said. If that goes down then well signals aren't getting sent/received properly.

My honest opinion. Find a good ford dealer and let them handle it. If it is a bad cluster then well only ford dealers can order them and they have to be programmed by them as well

Let me look..i wonder if all of those run off the HSCAN or the MSCAN

When I first had issues with my APIM my windows, A/C controls and touch screen, nav., back up and instruments cluster did not work. Only thing that worked was radio and you couldn’t shut it off even when truck was off. Had different issues with truck and radio with dealer always saying no codes or could not duplicate. Drove truck to dealer while having problem with radio /nav not working they final decided it was the APIM. No problems since replacement
