06 F150 Maintenance Advice
This is my first post as I am approaching 70k miles on my 06 F150 5.4 V8 and am looking for advice on what maintenance issues I should address. The only things I have done so far is change motor and tranny fluid to Amsoil Synthetic and put in a Volant Cold Air Intake. I have read the posts on the spark plug issue and am considering tackling the job. Should I change fuel filter, differential fluids, plug wires, coils, etc????? Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks.

fuel filter and use Motorcraft.
rear diff and use a syn 70/90 or 75/140 if you tow.( i like 75/140 for all)
coolant and use ford fluid or GO5 fluid
spark plugs would be a good idea
belt would also be a good idea
clean your throttle body and maf
