Unhappy Dropped a bolt in engine bay while changing spark plugs

While changing the spark plugs in my 2013 ecoboost I accidentally dropped the retainer bolt on the coil pack for cylinder #6 down the side of the engine. As best I can tell it stopped before dropping to the ground. Spent nearly an hour trying to find it with grab tools and a flashlight with no luck. Should I worry about finding it or just go buy another one?

Thanks in advance to all who reply.

If I had a dime for every bolt/nut/washer that vanished in a vehicle while working on it, I could retire tomorrow lol. Just get a new bolt.

Turn the truck upside down and shake it.

I have Magneto's cell number, he might be able to help, but he's a little unpredictable and doesn't really like people much. He could also turn your truck into a perfect sphere on a whim...

Unless something critical was open at the time it could fall into, don't worry about it.
Now if you had more apart and it could be inside the engine then yes worry.
But you didn't mention that, and said you think it fell down the side.
So just replace it.
As a Automotive Technician for a long time, and now AME on Helicopters, I couldn't begin to court how many nuts and bolts I have dropped over the past 20 plus years.

If it's something really important a inspection scope is a good tool. I have a cheapy Harbor Freight one, I doubt I paid $30 for it.
