Did I receive the wrong rotors? 1997 rwd
Hey folks, I have a 1997 rwd with 4.6l. Needs new rotors. I went to my local Canadian Tire and bought a pair of rotors, open them up, remove the old ones and find that the new rotors are missing the wavey cup looking part indicated in the attached picture (sorry not sure the actual name) is this something that is supposed to removed from the old rotor, bought new and installed or did crappy tire screw up?

Your 97 must have front ABS, and they gave you a rotor for a 97 without front ABS, so yea wrong rotor.
