2002 F150 Transmission not shifting to Drive
I have a 2002 F150 with 5.4 VIN Model L. I have about 10k miles since my transmission completely went out and was replaced. Since it has started getting cooler over the last few days, i have noticed a delay in 1st gear catching. This morning, when leaving for work it took about 3 seconds to engage. I stopped at a stop sign and it had the same issue. Once i got on the road, the issue went away. I dont have any issues with hard shifting. The Transmission fluid still looks fairly new and is marking properly on the dipstick. Any suggestions?
