Default Coil problems?

Computer is throwing a code for cylinder 8 misfire. Changed sparkplugs and that didnt fix it. I'm going to try replacing the coilpacks next. But whenever I fill up at the gas station the truck does not want to crank. Doesn't matter if I fill up a full tank or just fill to a quarter it takes a couple of tries. But once you get it to crank and let it run for a few minutes it cranks perfectly normal. Does this have something to do with the cylinder misfire or is this a entirely different problem? Truck is a 2011 ford f150 with the 5.0 v8. Thanks

Before going out and buying the coil, try swapping with another cylinder and recheck codes. Verify the code follows the suspected coil.
Cranking is the term used for the actual turning over of the engine by the starter. If that's what you mean, the coils have nothing to do with that. You need to look at the battery, connections, starter etc.
