This might be a long shot but were you able to figure out what was wrong with yours? I replaced spark plugs and the ignition coils and it still idles very rough.

No codes? It's time to verify fuel pressure and check fuel trims.. Coils can last a long time as long as plugs aren't used for too many miles that the gaps has widened excessively.

Could be expensive, could be cheap. What’s your point dude? I thought me coming to a F150 forum asking for some help would automatically tell you my knowledge is limited. Not sure why you went out of your way and quoted my previous posts just to say that^ without providing an opinion…….

20 minutes and carb cleaner is not changing parts.

fyi- carb cleaner on a TB is considered a NONO. apparently too strong and will/may ruin the special coating. i’ve never tested this warning, but hopefully you didn’t do any damage.
