the coil boot springs can "leak" spark out the side when older, leaky valve gaskets can put oil in the spark plug well and short them too.
Did you try swapping two coils to see if the problem follows the coil as mentioned above?

Did you get the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) read? If so I did not see where you did. If you have not had the DTCs read go to Autozone or other and they will read them for free. Report back with DTCs

Can you tell us the difference between "stalling" and "engine shutting off"?

I agree if the truck isn't stalling that my suggestions above should not be considered.

Maybe if I know what "engine turns off" means I/we can offer different suggestions.
Are you saying the computer shuts down the engine due to the erratic idle?

this is confusing. It’s not stalling but the engine turns off??

So you think this would be more of a spark plug issue rather than a coil pack?
im just saying that coils do not typically fail, but the boots/springs do, and they are a Maint item:

Owned since new 2016 5.0 that dies at idle, but runs perfectly otherwise. Automotive knowledge limited. Not many clues here. Could be expensive.

Perhaps we are just talking semantics here but my definition of stalling would be if I was driving and I was receiving lack of power or a non-response from my engine as I have my foot on the gas pedal. This is not the case. My truck responds to me hitting the gas 100%.

My truck only has issues when my truck is at idle, 0 mph. Sometimes it does this quick shake thing, like it’s losing power and then turns off abruptly. Not a single check engine code/light comes on the dash. That’s why I was thinking it was coil pack/spark plug related.

I thought stalling and misfiring were two different things, like it was noted above. Someone said a misfire is minor in comparison of an engine stall. My engine turns off at idle because it misfires.

I will. I am taking it in tomorrow for a diagnosis. Will return back with more information.

Could be expensive, could be cheap. What’s your point dude? I thought me coming to a F150 forum asking for some help would automatically tell you my knowledge is limited. Not sure why you went out of your way and quoted my previous posts just to say that^ without providing an opinion…….
