Default 98 f150, coolant coming out of vents

I keep getting a strong coolant odor out of the vents. Heat or a/c. A couple days ago I was driving and steam "coolant" was coming out of all vents, I had the ac on. I turned the heat on and it was like a fog machine. So I had to finish my last 4 hours of driving with windows down. Prior to this I already had the dealer look at it, they noticed nothing. Today they looked again and couldn't find anything and claimed they didn't smell any coolant. They checked the heater core, and pressure tested it. My fiance had to take the truck in so I wasnt there to watch. Long story short it's unbearable to drive more than 2 hours, most of my drives are around 4. Now is there anything else other than the heater core? Stupid question I know. I'm going to call the dealer and tell them that if they won't just replace the heater core and lines I don't want the truck, I can't drive it at this point really. Sorry for the lengthy post.

Heater core, or connection/hose/valve. (Obviously) something with coolant behind the dash and in-line with the airflow. Typically this is the heater core (especially on an older vehicle) but could also *potentially* be a valve or hose.

Dealer should be able to find the leak.
