Default Chirping Noise

I have a 1997 4.2l XL 2wd there is a constant chirping noise but I can't really figure out where its coming from. So far I've gotten that its under the hood, somewhere near the belt. It stays constant at idle and higher as I rev. Any ideas?

Take the drive belt off and check the bearings in the idler pulley and the tensioner.
