97 xl 4x4 supercab. Automatic When I'm cruisin down the road and either for a stop sign, light or just when I apply the brakes my electric locks engage, then after I release the brake and accelerate they again engage.

There is a sensor that locks the doors when you start to drive and reach 20 mph or they unlock when you put it in park. I know it's controlled by the RAP unit located behind the passenger's foot kick plate but I'm not sure where the sensor is located.
