Default "check fuel fill inlet " on dash display

Put gas in this morning, truck was not running, started her up drove to work. Just went to lunch and the dash display says check fuel fill inlet. So I opened door on fill looks like it always does. I poked my finger to open fill like nozzel would do it closes fine did it a few times. Any suggestion what's going on? Ty

Ringleader ya made my day...I don't think anything at work will take this smile off. Appreciate it. I'm even going to offer you a catching trip if you make it to the St Augustine area!!

Usually the flap should be locked unless the tabs on the sides are pressed.
