There is no stipulation as to the volume or qty to claim your oil is a synthetic blend. One drop of something synthetic is all that is required to qualify to make the claim of synthetic blend oil. I am not aware of any lubricants mfgr. that will tell you how much synthetic is in their blend. 2 drops? 1/10th, 1/5th, 1/3rd, 1/2? Noe its just a syn blend oil.
