Body Control Module Failure

Body Control Module Failure
2016 F-150 Roush.
33,000 miles and 9 days out of warranty and my Body Control Module failed. Dealership said call Ford. I did and got Nothing!!! Great customer service
no offer to provide parts and labor. Nothing.
Makes me miss my GMC.
Anyone have the contact for the north east regional service manager?
My my wife has purchased 3 Fords and we always have them dealership serviced.
Surprised really.

i have a tpms monitor fault message in the dash and the tpms sensors work and are correct for my truck, a scanner is reading all the sensors but truck won't read them, dealer said it is controlled by the body control module so may have to replace that. any info is appreciated.

It was about a $600 dollar repair parts and labor. Yes those TPMS sensors are tied to your body control module. I would lit it go for a few days. See if any other weird stuff starts to happen. Lights on and off by themselves. Or take it to a tire store and see if they can turn your light out on the dash.

The above information is why I purchased a Ford ESP. So many electronics/computer modules etc, all it takes is 1 or 2 to fail and that ESP is paid for, most times just one.

Thanks for the reply. I bought the truck about 3 weeks ago with the light on and they said it was just a bad sensor probably. I had the sensor replaced at Big OAnd they tried to train them a few times. Truck won’t read them. Light flashes upon start then stays on. No other issues with any electrical. Just this msg at every start up:

I believe the TPMSM is a satellite module; i.e.: a separate little PCB with antennae attached. Could be a loose connector or a bad module. Either way - if Im right - it will be mucho less expensive than a BCM!

I recently changed my 2019 BCM(used one). Programmed everything with forscan and an AUtel IM508 to get the keys working with new BCM. Now I have "Tire Pressure Monitor Fault" displayed. Re-learning procedure will not fix the problem(always fails). Driving for days and still not recognised by BCM. When I use Forscan to read the BCM, I can see the sensor IDs from donor F150. Also get 2 DTC codes that always come back after I clear(B1182 and B124D). How can I get the new BCM to recognise the sensors(sensors were working fine with old BCM).
Thanks
