Update!!!
Turns out it was a fuse after all. But it didnt bust where it normally does. The fuse got broke down where it turns into the plastic and underneath the plastic. Man I feel like such an *****

I want to get some back up lamps that mount under the rear bumper ... anyone know if the stock fuse will handle the load, or if i will have to route the wiring to an as of yet not used fuse, or if i will have to get a bigger fuse to do this ... thanks guys/gals

From what I have foud, the back up wiring circut can not handle that big of a load, but you can use that citrcut to trigger a relay that has its own power source. So when the reverse lights are on (put in reverse) it will triger the relay (basacally a switch powered by electricity) and turn on your new light circut so that your back up lights come on when you back up.
