If you have to ask, you're missing a couple things, the special equipment/tools and know how to use them. Do yourself a favor before you cost yourself more $$, take it to someone trained and has the equipment/tools to do so.

First, you will need to recover any gas in the system. This requires a recovery system and gauges. Then remove and install new condenser. Next, using gauges and a vacuum pump, vac the system to remove all air and moisture. This will also assist you in checking for more leaks. Then you will need some R134a and possibly a scale for weighing in the correct amount.
