Air Bag Light

Unhappy Air Bag Light
Bought a 1996 F150 with 193,000 miles. The Clock spring was busted and of course horn and cruise control did not work and the airbag light was flashing.

Replaced the clock spring: horn, cruise control now work, but the airbag light is still flashing. All the wires are connected by the way.

Does anyone have any idea what to check?

Appreciate the help!

Checked the code and it is a code 51; "internal thermal fuse in the airbag computer is blown."
