ac/heat door has a ratcheting sound
2011 F-150 Super Crew. When I change the heat/ac thermostat setting to cool, as the "door" closes at the end, there is a clicking sound like a gear is slipping. It also happens when I first start the truck. Not all of the time but most of the time and the length of time that it clicks varies. Any suggestions on how to resolve the problem?
