I have put 8 new coils and new plugs. It still has a miss. Anybody have any thoughts on what it could be???

Any codes? A miss which occurs long enough should trip the CEL. anything from 0300 to 0308. Other things could be a fuel,system, fuel injector(s) or mechanical issues with a cylinder(s). You need to do some further investigating, starting with a code check.

What brand plugs and coils?

Codes said bad coil 2nd from front on driver side. 3rd an 4th on passenger side. Now it has a popping. All new coils and plugs.

you give it gas an when you let off it pops. Wasn't doing it before the new plugs where put in. Yes its under the hood.

Check the wiring and the distributor. My 7th cyl in my 97 4.6L did the same thing and it was a loose connection to my spark plugs.Also the had the popping noise, just don't drive it long distance with that sound. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions.
