5.4L Heads
My truck is an 09 F150 with a 5.4L engine. I'm curious as to if I can have one head with 16mm sized sparkplugs and the other head have 12mm sized sparkplugs? or will it total screw my engine up? I know I'd need to have the correct coils for both sizes.

No.. you need the re-designed heads on both sides.. look for heads that were made after 10/09/07.
