Default 4.6L 3-V Timing Tensioners

Trying to find out when Ford updated the timing tensioners on the Triton V8's? I know they went from metal tensioners to plastic and the plastic ones would blow out the gaskets but they revised them a third time with an improved gasket. What year did Ford change to the improved gasket plastic tensioner that is less prone to failure? I'm thinking sometime between 2008-2009 but not sure? Thanks.
